"One would think that after having worn hearing aids for the past 27 years, I would know the drill when purchasing new hearing aids. I walk in, the audiologist tests my hearing and then matches me with a pair of hearing aids designed to restore my hearing to normal capacity. It is very simple, right? After all, I was purchasing what would be my fourth pair of hearing aids. Wrong!
The overall experience of seeing Jared and Lisa was nothing like I've experienced before. First, when I walked into their office, Lisa was already smiling and greeted me enthusiastically! In many cases, my hearing is actually now better than that of a normal person.
